Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even organized a meal for me when the restaurant was closed, which was a great touch. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had good storage space, which I found particularly useful during my stay. The attention to detail was evident, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable.

Great Location and useful services

The hotel in Vina del Mar was not up to our expectations. The location was great, close to public transportation and tourist attractions. They offered us a shuttle service at a reasonable price which was helpful during our business trip. The staff was friendly, but it wasn't enough to make it up for the room which was not clean and a bit stuffy. there were no amenities such as soap and shampoo provided in the room.

Good value for money and friendly staff made our business trip bearable. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close to the city center. Plus, the breakfast offered was decent, with fresh juice and a variety of options to choose from.

The room itself was disappointing. the bathroom was not properly cleaned with noticeable stains and the shower temperature fluctuated constantly.

Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing worked well. the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the breakfast was simple but satisfying. We also appreciated the reliable hot water in the bathroom and the good storage space in the room.
